Yasuke & Naoe civilian kill prompts in Assassin's Creed Shadows

Yasuke and Naoe both will have penalties when killing civilians in Assassin's Creed Shadows as it has been told otherwise by some sources for example @shoheikondo 's Ubisoft insider who stated the following: "in a more recent version of the game, Yasuke is affected by the three kill rule, but it's unclear why it wasn't active for some preview players". Yes i'm aware that they stated "some" but i have seen comments where it has been stated like there are non at all! hopefully this Ac Shadows short video helped you
