If you use prompts, then you need a place to store and organize them. I've tried every app out there, and this one (Airtable) is by far the best. ???? The Everything Bundle: https://metricsmule.com/everything-prompts-bundle/
Because this video is long, I've added a lot of time stamps so you can skip to the topics most important to you. And for more important information, scroll down to see some of most asked questions.
Try Airtable: https://airtable.com/invite/r/kmgBnXMU
I've tried Notion, Google Sheets, Trello, Excel, and more. But when it comes to building a highly organized, centralized place for all of your prompts, Airtable reigns supreme. And in this video I'll show you exactly how to use Airtable and how to build your own prompts database.
????Is Airtable free?
Airtable does have a free account, up to 1,000 rows per base. You can have as many bases as you want though.
????I'm on the free account and have exceeded my rows, what now?
Go to the time stamp where I show what to do. But instead of having one, large Mega database with 10k rows, create 10 smaller databases with 1,000 rows each. This makes organization even better in my opinion. For example: instead of having a large database with AI images, SEO, writing, content, etc., you'll have one database for AI images, one database for content, etc. (I actually started doing this myself)
????Do I need an Airtable account to use your prompts databases?
No, not at all. If you purchased one of my databases, you'll receive a link that will provide you with access to my database whenever you want. Copy/paste prompts whenever you want. You can also export prompts via a CSV file or export them to Google Sheets.
????Can I duplicate yours?
Yes. In the top-left corner, select "copy base" If you do this, you won't get the real-time, live prompt updates because it's in your account now. But no worries because you can just copy/paste any new prompts from my database via the live link into your own database.
????Can I get 1-on-1 help from you on how to create prompts databases?
For sure! I provide coaching sessions all the time for this. Schedule one for yourself here: https://calendly.com/metricsmule/private-hourly-consultation
