Sometimes, when I feel so frustrated I don’t know where to turn, I journal. I write whatever is on my mind until my thoughts start to settle. Pages and pages of random words—most of them make no sense at first, but somehow, I always manage to see the truth behind my frustration, overwhelm, or rage.

More often than not, it comes back to fear.
