I filled up my heart journal using the Junk Journal January prompts.

January is always a month that's a bit harder for me to create and Junk Journal January prompts always help my creativity! I think that I'm so excited creating for the Holidays and also so busy taking the time to be present and enjoy all the family and community things, that by the time January comes I'm a bit burnt out and tend to slow down a bit.

I decided to create a short/reel sharing all the prompts and how I used them. I hope that it makes sense and you find it inspiring for your journal making. I always reach for prompts when I am a bit stuck and uninspired but still want to create!
