I worked for 2 years at an innovation consultancy, yes it was one of those super trendy work places - it was above Chin Chin on Flinders Lane - if you know Melbourne, you know Chin Chin - the office was this big warehouse space - it was cool.

The big name corporates; banks, airlines, FMCG - paid hundreds of thousands to complete the programs. The programs all had clever names and were built out with frameworks, strategies, methodologies and rinse and repeat ways of working - most born from the Founder of the consultancy.

At the time I didn’t pay too much attention to the reason behind it, I was busy learning all of the acronyms we had for the different systems.

But now, as a business owner who also sells my IP - I understand how having frameworks is an extremely smart business move.

Right now, the online business world is NOISY AF. If you aren’t finding a way to cut through this noise, you’re going to have trouble scaling.

If you can’t give your clients a simple process to follow in order to reach their ultimate desires, you’re going to have trouble scaling.
